Scott Marcum

Scott Marcum: Managing Broker

 Scott has worked in the Metro Denver Commercial Real Estate Market for 10 years and is currently on the Arvada Economic Development Association Board.Scott currently represents several Landlord/Owners who have over 500,000 Sq. Ft. of leasable Industrial, Retail, & Office Space. Scott has successfully represented Landlords & Tenants in Retail, Office, & Industrial with lease representation.  In addition, he has successfully represented Buyers in the acquisition of retail, office, & industrial properties. He has also assisted Sellers with the sale of retail and industrial properties. Scott has been designated the local commercial expert for Office, Retail, & Industrial opportunities by many local residential agents in Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, & Golden.  His past clients would say that he’s personable, trustworthy, professional, and performance driven.  Scott relies heavily upon his ability to develop strong relationships amongst experienced professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

Maxwell Marcum

Maxwell Marcum: Associate Broker

 Maxwell has been working in the real estate industry since 2014, and has been a part-time licensed agent since the summer of 2015. He graduated from Colorado State University’s spring 2018 class with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Real Estate. Maxwell currently helps lease and manage over 150,000 square feet of office, industrial, and flex space along the I-70 corridor.Maxwell is actively seeking opportunities across the Denver Metro region to solidify himself as an ethical business professional who is knowledgeable and diligent. He continually pursues an active lifestyle, does a variety of outreach programs through Red Rocks church, and has participated and created his own homeless support programs. Maxwell strives to develop a structured professional career in real estate brokerage, development, management and ownership. He is proficient in all aspects of the transaction process.

Tanner Digby

Tanner Digby: Associate Broker

 Tanner Digby specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and tenant representation. Mr. Digby is a Colorado native and comes from a lineage of 4 generations of nationwide trucking companies. Mr. Digby helped run a local freight brokerage company and was able to raise annual gross revenue from $250,000 to $4,500,000 in 18 months. Between his national and local connections, his talent in sales and negotiation tactics, Mr. Digby is able to bring deals together in Commercial Real Estate. Having grown up in West Denver, he is able to provide his clients with exceptional market knowledge and insight in the West Denver Commercial Real Estate Market.  Before joining Marcum Commercial Advisors, Mr. Digby was specializing in the greater Denver Metro industrial market as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
